Policies

• Children 3 1/2 years old & under must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children over the age of 3 1/2 years old may be left unaccompanied but please note in the case of a non-potty trained little one, parents are advised to stay with the child. Our staff cannot be responsible for changing dirty diapers. However we do offer a one-on-one childcare service where a member of our qualified team can take care of all your child's needs.

• All adults must wear socks at all times within the Peekaboo play areas. (Policy does not apply to children) If needed, socks can be purchased at a nominal cost at the front desk.

• We accept cash only. (Please note, we only hold a small amount of change at our Peekaboo locations. Notes to the value of 200, 500 and 1000 United Arab Dirhams will not be accepted for entrance fees)

• Children will not be allowed entry to the play area until payment has been made and a receipt has been issued. If you are not issued with a receipt at the time of your purchase please call 050 459 6588 and your purchase will be free.

• Entrance fees are non-refundable. If for any reason your child does not go in, a voucher will be issued in return. For 30 minutes or more of playtime a voucher cannot be issued.

• Store closing times are government regulated and therefore must be respected. Any child left inside the Peekaboo premises after closing time will incur a severe penalty fee. That child will not be able to regain access to Peekaboo until the fee has been paid in full.

• Hot food and drinks are not allowed in the play area.

• Please do not leave bags and personal items unattended. Peekaboo will not take responsibly for any items lost or stolen.
